Stress is an all time high at Jasper High School. Especially for those Seniors who have all of their final projects, papers, and finals due a little bit earlier due to their Graduation Commencement. To help with stress follow the following tips to get you through this final week of High School.
1. Get an adequate amount of rest and water!
2. Eat the healthier choices for brain fuel.
3. Make good choices in your personal time.
4. Prepare ahead of time for all of your upcoming assignments.
You need to remember that your attitude is everything. Treat others how you would like to be treated. We’re all going through the same end-of-year stress. Appreciate your summer break!
